Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to Universal Camping-Car & Equipment, the trading name of ARGEAOLEA – Sociedade Agrícola, Lda (NIF: 504318594).

At Universal Camping-Car & Equipment, we are committed to supplying high-quality machinery and recreational vehicles, backed by professional customer service. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may exercise their legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable European consumer protection legislation, except where this right is excluded by law.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

Be in its original condition;
Not have been used, operated, or modified;
Include all accessories, manuals, documentation, and original packaging;
Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return

The following products cannot be returned unless required by law:

Machinery or vehicles that have been used or put into operation;
Customized or made-to-order products;
Installed or used spare parts;
Maintenance products or consumables with opened packaging;
Products damaged through misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Notify the carrier before signing for the delivery whenever possible;
Take clear photographs of the packaging and the product;
Contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery.

We will investigate the matter promptly and provide an appropriate solution.

4. Return Authorization

Before returning any product, you must obtain prior authorization from our Customer Support Team.

Please provide:

Your order number;
A detailed description of the issue;
Photographs or videos where applicable.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return results from our error or from a confirmed manufacturing defect, Universal Camping-Car & Equipment will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, return transportation costs shall be borne by the customer.

Installation, handling, specialist transport, and freight charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Inspection of Returned Products

All returned products will be inspected upon receipt.

If a returned product shows signs of use, is incomplete, or has been damaged after delivery, we reserve the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund amount in accordance with applicable legislation.

7. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method;
Refunds are generally processed within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider;
Original shipping costs will only be refunded where required by law or where the return results from our error.

8. Replacements

We provide replacements only where products:

Have a manufacturing defect;
Were damaged during transport;
Were supplied incorrectly due to our error.

9. Warranty

Products sold by Universal Camping-Car & Equipment are covered by the warranty specified on the relevant product page or in the documentation supplied with the equipment.

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear;
Damage caused by misuse or negligent operation;
Lack of proper maintenance;
Unauthorized repairs or modifications;
Damage resulting from accidents, overloading, improper installation, or improper use.
